A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Sales Manager to oversee and bring expertise to our team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Achieve business targets for MTU Power Generation products with internal and external partners.
  • Define and follow up on business targets, actively promote products.
  • Develop business & market strategies, conduct competitive analysis, generate leads, and position MTU technology.
  • Prepare market strategic decisions to grow the business in associated countries, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Provide specifications/requirements to the application team and analyze proposals for compliance.
  • Stay updated with technical developments, undergo training, and travel overseas when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with substantial regional technical and sales experience in diesel/gas engines, generators, DRUPs, or power stations.
  • Strong sales record and leadership skills, understanding Asian cultures and business practices.
  • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of the power generation market.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
  • Proactive, business-oriented, high-energy personality.
