You will be working on transforming data into intelligence by developing innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and integrating them with cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. 1. Lead the development, implementation, testing, and deployment of innovative software programs, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, UX designers, project managers, clients, and third-party vendors to execute projects effectively.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact to align project objectives with business needs.
4. Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget, maintaining quality and technical feasibility.
5. Conduct client meetings to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and validate technical feasibility with relevant stakeholders.
6. Manage resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of talent to meet project demands.
7. Develop detailed project plans using Agile frameworks to monitor progress and facilitate transparent communication.
8. Use appropriate tools to track project performance, share progress reports, and escalate issues as needed.
9. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, employing verification techniques to maintain integrity.
10. Conduct risk management activities to mitigate project risks and ensure success.
11. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for knowledge transfer and continuity.
12. Provide end-user training to promote effective utilization of software solutions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
2. Extensive experience in delivering AI-powered solutions, with a strong background in software and deep tech domains.
3. Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience in the IT industry, managing complex projects successfully.
4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and web conferencing platforms.
7. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, project management processes, strategies, and methods.
8. Experience fostering collaboration in high-performing teams and promoting teamwork.
9. Proven skills in analytical thinking, problem solving, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
10. Proactive in identifying and resolving obstacles, with conflict resolution experience.
11. Ability to work under pressure and willingness to go the extra mile to meet objectives.
12. Adaptability and eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.
13. Capability to work independently, conduct research, and apply findings to projects.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Certifications in ITIL, ITSM, COBIT, or related disciplines.
