Provides technical and non-technical support to project management, planning, and MMR workshop supervisor.

1. Assist with daily updates on project progress and execution.
2. Help create and update project documents.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to focus on delivering success to the business and Aramco, upon request.
4. Maintain good communication and working relationships with all support functions.
5. Achieve KPIs set by both Aramco and the business.
6. Interface with finance coordinators to ensure all invoices for completed deliveries are processed with all required documents.
7. Build, maintain, and manage customer relationships and ensure effective communication.
8. Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on all submitted quotations, including acceptance status and gross margins.
9. Ensure compliance with TechnipFMC guidelines, commercial policies, and procedures.

• Education: Engineering Degree or equivalent diploma + 10 years of experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Certificates: None required.
• Job Knowledge: Oil and Gas experience preferred; candidates from other industries with relevant skills will be considered. Basic knowledge of Wellhead and Completion equipment is a plus.
