About the role

We are looking for an Operations Analyst & Coordinator to support daily operations within the Open Banking / Open Finance ecosystem. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–4 years of experience who have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast‑paced production environments. You will monitor systems, coordinate incidents, execute runbooks, and support communication between technical and business teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Arabic‑speaking candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Open Finance platforms , APIs , and microservices hosted on OpenShift , ensuring SLA compliance , stability, and performance across production and DR environments.
• Perform first‑level incident triage , assess severity, and coordinate with technical and business teams for timely resolution.
• Execute operational runbooks for environment validation, recovery, and daily readiness checks.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle , including severity classification, SLA tracking, and documentation within ITSM tools .
• Coordinate communication between Operations , Product , Infrastructure , and external FinTech partners regarding incidents, changes, and updates.
• Prepare operational reports , dashboards, and audit evidence for compliance and performance reviews.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to reliability improvements and process enhancements.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in Operations, Application Support, IT Support, or related functions.
• Basic understanding of APIs , microservices , and production monitoring concepts.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes including incident, change, and problem management.
• Ability to analyze logs, monitor alerts, and support first‑level troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working across multiple teams.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, or operational documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Open Banking / Open Finance environments is a plus.
• Arabic‑speaking candidates are preferred.
