Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of the Fan-ID platform by defining, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. This role ensures that business needs are clearly translated into actionable requirements that support system integrations, operational workflows, and platform delivery.

The Business Analyst will lead workshops, validate requirements with stakeholders, and act as a key bridge between business teams and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for the Fan-ID platform
  • Ensure business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements supporting:
    • Integrations
    • Operations
    • Platform delivery
  • Lead and facilitate:
    • Requirement-gathering workshops
    • Walkthrough sessions
    • Validation and sign-off meetings
  • Align stakeholders on scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Collect, review, and document requirements, including:
    • Functional requirements
    • Non-functional requirements (performance, security, availability)
    • Integration and data requirements
  • Produce high-quality documentation such as:
    • BRDs / FRDs
    • User stories and acceptance criteria
    • Process flows and user journey maps
  • Serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Work closely with:
    • Product owners
    • Architecture and integration teams
    • Mobile, web, CRM, and data teams
    • External vendors and system integrators
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on complex digital platforms
  • Strong experience defining requirements for integration-heavy systems
  • Experience working in environments with multiple vendors and system integrators
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Digital platforms
    • APIs and system integrations
    • Data flows between systems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments

  • Available to join immediately
  • Comfortable working in a fully onsite role in Riyadh
  • Saudi National preferred
