Job summary

A leading technology company in Dammam is seeking an experienced professional to support and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role involves user training, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business processes. Strong ERP knowledge and experience are essential. Fluent English is required for effective communication.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
  • Strong understanding of core ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory).
  • Proven experience in system configuration, requirements gathering, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central to match client workflows and processes.
  • Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and test scenarios.
  • Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Provide user training and ongoing functional support.
  • Work closely with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery.
