Leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM), the team has successfully supported over SR 3 billion worth of construction across 60 projects, with a strong focus on technical accuracy, coordination efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Work Location:Dammam (Sites), Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design data into the BIM model.

• Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and LOD (Level of Development)

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling within the construction industry.

• Proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related software.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and the ability to work with detailed technical drawings.

• Familiarity with international BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and PAS 1192.

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately and translate them into coordinated BIM models.
