We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our offset printing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a solid understanding of offset printing processes. This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workflow and staff in a fast-paced printing environment.

• Supervise and coordinate all offset printing production activities to meet quality and delivery standards.
• Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to ensure efficient use of manpower and machinery.
• Ensure all production targets and deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot issues with printing equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and quality control teams to maintain high production standards.
• Maintain proper documentation for production output, downtime, and quality control.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Train and guide production staff to optimize performance and productivity.
• Leading the operators team.

We are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of overall production experience, with at least 2–3 years in offset printing supervision.
• Strong knowledge of offset printing machines, materials, and workflows.
• Proven ability to lead teams and meet production goals under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and health & safety protocols.
