We are searching for a skilled and experienced Chef specialized in Indian cuisine to join our team in Mecca. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Indian dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation.

• Create menus with a variety of authentic Indian dishes
• Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

• Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Certification or degree in culinary arts is preferred
