Role Responsibilities:
As a Customer Relationship Executive here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing and cultivating relationships with our key customers. Your primary focus will be on building strong partnerships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. By effectively managing customer relationships, you will contribute to driving customer loyalty, retention, and business growth. You will report directly to BA META Customer Experience Leader and you will work out of our Riyadh office. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our customers' experience and their perception of our brand.
