Key responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items following established recipes and standards
Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow proper food handling and safety protocols
Collaborate with front of house staff to ensure timely order delivery
Assist in menu development and testing
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff when necessary
Requirements:
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a back of house role
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
