We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping department. - Supervision: Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring effective training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor cleaning standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene regulations.
- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating purchasing and reordering as needed.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services, providing exceptional customer service.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and control for the housekeeping department, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all housekeeping practices adhere to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for staff.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Certification: BICS certificate is required.
