Job description

Child Minder / Child Care / Nanny required in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

• +2 Years experience in above job with valid references.
• Working style: Hourly shifts or Live-In Client House.
• Duration: 1-5 years contract.
• Applicants with South African passport or able to apply for Visa asap.

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of one or multiple children in the parents’ home or any place outside.
• Organize creative activities and educational games (e.g. drawing, crafting).
• Prepare children’s meals and feed them (including bottle-feeding for babies).
• Change diapers and bathe the baby.
• Help children wash up and take baths.
• Schedule nap times with the mother.
• Tidy up play areas and children’s rooms.
• Teach children appropriate social behaviors, such as being respectful to each other.
• Helping with house chores.
• Ensure children’s safety during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Care for the children in case of an injury or illness.
• Assist young students with homework and teach them English Language.
• Work with parents to ensure children’s physical, emotional, social, and academic development.
• Transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities.
• Availability to work in shifts, all week days, in the evenings and occasionally full days.
• Flexibility with working hours, work instructions, services provided to the client, and movement in nanny branches, whether inside or outside of Saudi Arabia.
• Enthusiastic, ready, and passionate about work.
• Willingness to work nightshifts and staying overnight in the clients’ houses upon clients’ requests.
• Adherence to health and safety standards.
• Willingness to work with families who have an average of 3 to 4 children.
• Effective communication skills with the clients, and supervisors.
