The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and guidance from senior engineers to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in analyzing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for production.
- Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to monitor production performance.
- Work with senior engineers and production teams to troubleshoot and solve process-related issues.
- Contribute to projects focused on automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that safety, quality, and environmental regulations are followed in all processes.
- Support the introduction of new products and technologies by assisting in process development and testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and process optimization techniques.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality control concepts.
- Familiarity with process simulation tools, CAD software, or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing, industrial processes, or process improvement.
- Basic knowledge of automation, Industry 4.0, or digital manufacturing tools.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) is a plus.
