Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations by analyzing, optimizing, and improving production processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to apply their engineering knowledge in a real-world manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and guidance from senior engineers to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in analyzing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for production.
  • Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis to monitor production performance.
  • Work with senior engineers and production teams to troubleshoot and solve process-related issues.
  • Contribute to projects focused on automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that safety, quality, and environmental regulations are followed in all processes.
  • Support the introduction of new products and technologies by assisting in process development and testing.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and process optimization techniques.
  • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality control concepts.
  • Familiarity with process simulation tools, CAD software, or data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
  • Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing, industrial processes, or process improvement.
  • Basic knowledge of automation, Industry 4.0, or digital manufacturing tools.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) is a plus.
