Our Potential Opportunity
INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking an Admin & HR Executive to join our General Administration team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and office management. You will be responsible for handling office administration, HR support, and government relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a well-managed workplace environment. What You’ll Lead And Deliver
- Manage general office administration tasks, including filing, record-keeping, correspondence, and supplies management.
- Maintain and update employee records, office asset registers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with INTECH Team for travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation for employees and guests.
- Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, and liaise with facility management vendors.
- Support HR in tasks such as onboarding, attendance monitoring, and handling administrative documents.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other office functions.
- Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and local regulations.
- Handle courier, mail, and other logistical tasks as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external service providers.
- Handle all government documentation and procedures including: Support team Lead for Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, and cancellation, Work visas and residency permits, GOSI registration and updates, Company license renewals (CR, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
- Liaise with ministries such as the Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior, GOSI, Jawazat, and Muqeem.
- Maintain and update company records in portals like Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, and Mudad.
- Ensure all employee legal documentation is compliant with Saudi labor laws.
- Prepare and submit applications for various government-related approvals.
- Stay up to date on changes in government laws and procedures and communicate these to relevant departments.
- Accompany employees to government offices when required for documentation or procedural matters.
- Represent the company in legal and official matters as required.
Requirements
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate services, logistics, or HR/Administrative coordination.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ensuring accuracy in documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and support global operations in a fast-paced environment.
