Job summary

A leading safety firm in the Riyadh Region is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Safety/HSE, coupled with at least four years of relevant experience in construction or oil & gas industries. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, implementing safety policies, and training employees. NEBOSH or OSHA certifications are strongly preferred. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HSE/safety officer role, especially in construction or oil & gas.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or recognized HSE certifications strongly preferred.
• First aid and firefighting training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and hazard analyses to identify unsafe conditions.
• Assist in creating, implementing, and enforcing safety policies.
• Organize and deliver safety trainings and toolbox talks.
• Investigate accidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Conduct safety audits and monitor PPE availability.
