We are looking for an experienced and strategic Risk Manager to lead our Risk Management team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in risk management, finance, or accounting, and will currently hold an officer or senior-level position. This role is essential in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization's assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Identification: Proactively identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
• Risk Analysis: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses to inform decision-making.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement risk management policies, frameworks, and strategies tailored to the organization’s needs.
• Reporting: Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and the board, outlining key risk exposures and recommended actions.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk management.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices into business operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in risk management, finance, or accounting, with a current position at the officer or senior level.
• Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Proficient in risk management software and data analysis tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
