3. Ensure compliance with technical standards, sustainability requirements, and local regulations
4. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and prepare regular progress reports
5. Align development activities with the company’s strategic goals and market needs

المهام والمسؤوليات

3. ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الفنية، متطلبات الاستدامة، وكود البناء المعتمد
4. متابعة الميزانية والجدول الزمني، وإعداد تقارير دورية عن تقدم العمل
5. مواءمة أنشطة التطوير مع أهداف الشركة واستراتيجيتها

Skills & Requirements:

1. 10–15 years of experience in real estate development
2. 5–10 years of experience in consulting firms
3. Excellent knowledge of licensing systems, municipal procedures, and Saudi building codes
4. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (additional certification in project development or real estate management is a plus)
5. Proven track record in managing mixed-use, hospitality, or high-rise projects
6. Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and leadership skills
