ITA is seeking an K-9 Trainer to join the team in Saudi Arabia. **Please note this is a temporary position. If a full-time position becomes available, we will notify you immediately.**

The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the 9th Air Force, a key component of the United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) overseeing operations in the Middle East. This position provides subject matter expertise to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, helping ensure base security and critical support services in one of the most dynamic and strategically important regions in the world. The 9th Air Force serves at other locations such as Al Dhafra AB, UAE; Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait; Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait; Prince Sultan AB (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); Muwaffaq-Salti AB (MSAB), Jordan; Al Udeid AB, Qatar and in CONUS.

• Planning, scheduling, conducting and documenting all Military Working Dog (MWD) training. Will ensure that all MWD team proficiency training is current and maintained.
• Assist kennel master with all operations, Including but not limited to: supervise the care and feeding of dogs, ensure kennel and kennel facility maintenance, and manage transport of MWD.
• Coordinate training and duty schedules for all MWD. Ensure that all administrative, accountability and medical records are maintained.
• Obtain all training support requirements.
• Responsible for storage, inventory and accountability of all training aids.
• Will act as primary or alternate equipment custodian for all accountable assets.

Candidates must have:

• Five years of experience providing MWD team training.
• Must be a graduate of the Department of Defense Kennel Masters course.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Avalid state and be able to obtain a Government issued Driver’s License.
• Training and experience in U.S. Air Force Equipment Custodian process, is desired.
• Secret security clearance.

• Involvement in any group or organization that espouses extralegalviolence as a legitimate means to achieve an end
