Our client, an exciting Joint Venture between a Saudi Arabian contractor and a European contractor headquartered in Riyadh, is seeking a Commercial Manager for a new hospital/healthcare project in Riyadh.

They are looking for a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor with the following experience:

1. A minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience.
2. Experience with established main contractors.
3. Experience with hospital/healthcare projects.
4. A relevant third-level qualification.
5. Previous Middle East experience (advantage).
