Job summary
A leading manufacturing firm in Dammam is looking for a Mechanical Draftsman with at least 5 years of experience in mechanical drafting, specifically in metal fabrication using AutoCad and Inventor. Responsibilities include preparing fabrication drawings, assisting the Sales Team with technical submittals, and creating production-ready files. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in AutoCad and Inventor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical drafting with a background in metal fabrication using AutoCad and Inventor.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings as required by the Design Engineer.
- Assist in preparing technical submittals such as MRBs.
- Provide assistance to Sales Team with sales submittal drawings.
- Prepare dxf files for production use.
Skills
- Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings or any other drawings as required by the Design Engineer.
- Assist in the preparation of technical submittals such as MRBs.
- Provide assistance to Sales Team by preparing sales submittal drawings (Catalog cuts) compilation for sales technical submittal during negotiation.
- Prepare dxf files for production use.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical drafting with a particular background in metal fabrication using AutoCad and Inventor.
- Skilled in 2D/3D AutoCad and Inventor, nesting programs.
- Knowledge in Metal Fabrication process and materials
