Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related matters within the complex.
  • Support in executing workforce planning, talent management, and performance initiatives.
  • Guide managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist in implementing well‑being programs.
  • Oversee onboarding, probation follow‑ups, and training coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure HRIS systems are updated.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law and company HR policies.
  • Assist in generating HR reports, tracking key metrics, and participating in audits.
  • Collaborate with central HR teams (L&D, payroll, recruitment) to deliver seamless services.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experiencein HR generalist or HRBP-related roles.
