We are looking for a motivated and experienced Waiter to join our restaurant in Riyadh. The successful candidate will serve customers professionally and take orders while delivering excellent customer service.
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and show them to their table
- Present menus, take orders, serve food and drinks, and answer questions regarding menu items
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
- Ensure that all dishes served meet quality standards
- Follow safety procedures when using kitchen equipment
- Process payments in a timely manner
- At least 1 year of experience in the same role or similar role in a restaurant/hotel setting
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) is preferred but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills, with an emphasis on problem solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
