As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts among stakeholders while managing project risks and issues effectively. Your role will require a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members alike. - Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and addressing variances.
- Identify project risks and mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with involved parties.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure clarity of objectives and expectations.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects in a technology-driven environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to drive teams toward success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Information Technology and Services industry is highly preferred.
