Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy for Careem Market in Riyadh, balancing brand-building efforts with performance-driven campaigns.
- Leverage market insights and user behavior data to design targeted campaigns that drive new user acquisition, retention, and cross-sell between Careem’s services in Riyadh.
- Own end-to-end campaign management, from gathering insights, ideation, briefing, execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Manage partnerships with top FMCG brands, crafting co-marketing campaigns that enhance brand perception and drive orders.
- Ensure strong brand positioning and awareness by executing local marketing activations, sponsorships, and on-ground events that connect with audiences in Riyadh.
- Optimize the in-app and CRM experience through segmentation and targeted messaging, ensuring users receive relevant and appealing offers and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, product, finance, and central marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor competitive trends and market dynamics, ensuring Careem Market becomes top-of-mind in the city.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer tech, quick commerce, grocery delivery, food delivery, or e-commerce.
- Strong campaign management experience, with the ability to brief, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns effectively.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, CRM, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to refine marketing strategies and improve performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Must: Deep understanding of the Riyadh market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an execution-oriented mindset.
