  • Providing feedback to clients and social media/CX directors on campaign/brand/initiative reception and suggesting adjustments through professional reports.
  • Analyzing the performance of social media platforms and content, from individual posts to entire accounts, tracking metrics like likes, shares, retweets, etc.
  • Creating professional reports that summarize findings or present data in an easily digestible format, to inform internal teams or external clients about social media performance.
