About the Role:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for delivering maintenance and function areas' planned preventative and predictive maintenance of all machinery and equipment within the engineering department.

Activities:

1. Ensure compliance with machine technical documentation and associated instructions (safety procedures, quality procedures, troubleshooting procedures, and critical parameters backup).
2. Maintain relevant technical analysis, maintenance plans, and obsolescence plans.
3. Oversee maintenance instructions such as setting, commissioning, adjustment, calibration, etc.
4. Mentor, coach, and lead cross-functional engineering processes.
5. Review PPM and notifications for the department.

Requirements:

The potential candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Experience in all types of maintenance and function areas' planned preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment.
3. Enhancement of technician maintenance skills through tutoring, coaching, training materials, and assistive equipment.
4. Proficiency in spoken English and good handwriting skills.
5. High level of initiative, with the ability to recognize, implement, and complete tasks independently.
