JASARA PMC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mobilization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the mobilization process for new hires and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that aligns with project requirements.

As a Mobilization Specialist, you will work closely with various departments and stakeholders, including HR, project management, and government entities. Your ability to coordinate effectively and manage documentation will be essential to facilitate the deployment of resources across various projects in the Kingdom.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the mobilization process for new employees, including obtaining visas, work permits, and other necessary documentation.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and government authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in organizing travel arrangements and accommodation for mobilized personnel.
  • Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions to provide new hires with essential information and support.
  • Maintain and manage records related to mobilization processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Continuously communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth mobilization experience.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding mobilization-related inquiries and issues.
Qualifications
