Remote Sales & Customer Success Specialist - Saudi-based
Job summary
A prominent firm is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist based in Saudi Arabia to facilitate revenue growth and enhance client experiences. Responsibilities include supporting business development, conducting client meetings, onboarding customers, and managing a variety of business tools. The ideal candidate is a Saudi national with at least 3 years in sales or client-facing roles, fluent in English, and skilled in using CRM tools. This position offers a fully remote work arrangement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Support.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks.
- Experience in remote work is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development team and help close deals.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored presentations.
- Act as a contact for client questions and support onboarding.
