Senior On-Site CAPEX Project Manager – Jeddah
Résumé du poste
A leading construction firm in Jeddah is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of CAPEX projects. The successful candidate will manage project teams, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. With a Bachelor's degree in engineering and PMP certification, candidates should have 10–15 years of project management experience, including site leadership. This role requires frequent on-site presence approximately two hours from headquarters.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10–15 years in project management of industrial, utility, or infrastructure projects.
- At least 5 years as site Project Manager.
- PMP required; PMI-SP, RMP, or equivalent technical certifications preferred.
Responsabilités
- Develop Project Execution Plan detailing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Lead day-to-day construction management activities at site level.
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings with all project stakeholders.
