Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of field experience in inspection or food safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of restaurants, cafés, and commercial shops to ensure compliance with food safety and environmental health regulations.
• Evaluate hygiene practices, food handling, storage conditions, and waste management.
• Document violations and issue recommendations.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and enter findings into digital systems.
• Perform follow-up visits to verify corrective actions.
• Educate business owners and staff on hygiene and food safety best practices.
• Coordinate sample collection when required.
