This Sales Consultant - Projects position is part of SARA Group’s specialized team, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and solutions for projects in the Sanitary Ware Division. The role involves actively engaging with clients, managing sales processes, and contributing to product development to meet the dynamic needs of the market.

What You'll Do:

  • Present and sell SARA Group products and services to current and potential project clients, ensuring a strong presence in the market.
  • Prepare action plans to target potential clients and track sales efforts through to completion.
  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and project opportunities to exceed sales targets.
  • Engage with new projects, proactively expanding the client base.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts for project bids.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales materials and in-depth knowledge of current products.
  • Handle documentation and costing segregation for negotiations, ensuring pricing is competitive and aligned with market conditions.
  • Oversee the value chain of ongoing projects, collaborating with developers, consultants, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage product delivery and ensure timely payment collection from clients.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare regular reports on project activity, sales progress, and alignment with goals.
  • Communicate opportunities and customer feedback to the internal team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all necessary tender documents are completed for project bids.
  • Develop sales initiatives to reduce stock and maximize product movement.

  • Technical Know-How: You demonstrate a solid understanding of product specifications, costing, and the technical feasibility of project solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: You work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from product design to delivery.
  • Relationship Builder: You maintain and grow strong client relationships, providing exceptional support and seeking out new opportunities.
  • Proactive & Organized: You are efficient at managing multiple tasks, from documentation to client meetings, always with a clear focus on results.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in project management or related product categories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Confidence, energy, and enthusiasm for sales and project management.
