The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for managing warehousing, logistics, and transportation operations across multiple branches and depots in Saudi Arabia. This role ensures smooth, efficient, and safe operational processes, including inventory control, order fulfillment, transportation scheduling, and stakeholder coordination to meet the company’s distribution needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations across all sites, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor staff activities and ensure compliance with SOPs, productivity targets, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain organized and safe warehouse environments, maximizing space and minimizing damage.
• Oversee inventory management through stock audits, cycle counts, and adjustments to ensure accurate control.
• Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels and resolve inventory issues promptly.
• Supervise order fulfillment and dispatch processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize urgent orders.
• Plan and execute transportation schedules, optimize routes, and manage fleet usage.
• Oversee fleet maintenance to ensure vehicles are safe, available, and regulatory-compliant.
• Act as the primary contact for logistics issues, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.
• Utilize SAP WM, MM, and TM modules for warehouse, inventory, and transport management.
• Generate and analyze SAP reports to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
• Lead process improvement and cost optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and manage budgets for warehousing, logistics, and transportation operations.
• Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms.
• Supervise and support teams across locations, providing training and mentoring to build operational and safety skills.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all operations.
• Document and report incidents and enforce corrective actions when necessary.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of warehouse and logistics policies and procedures.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency with SAP WM, MM, and TM modules for warehouse, inventory, and transportation management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and distribution strategies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize processes.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising multi-site teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
