The ELV Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Extra Low Voltage systems through distributor channels and End Users in the western province. This role involves managing relationships with End customers, integrators, and channel partners, developing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for ELV products i.e. structured cabling, datacenter across the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the western province.
  • Channel Partner Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Provide training and support to partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track and report on channel sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective partner support.
  • Resolve escalated issues and maintain long-term customer relationships.
