Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in real estate development, mixed-use projects, or large-scale district development.
• Proven leadership in delivering multi-billion SAR real estate or mega projects.
• Strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management expertise.
• Knowledge of regional real estate regulations and infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full development and delivery of a large-scale real estate project.
• Oversee strategy, planning, design, and execution through to handover.
• Manage project P&L, budget planning, and cash flow.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
