Job summary

A multinational management firm seeks an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 7-10 years of OEM Automotive Paint experience. Successful candidates will have at least 5 years in paint production launch and demonstrated leadership abilities to develop teams. The role requires familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment and experience in factory environments.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in equivalent OEM Automotive Paint experience.
• At least 5+ years’ experience in automotive Paint production launch.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to build outstanding teams and interface well with senior management.
• Experience methodizing production workstations for ergonomics and efficiency.
• Familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in factory environments training associates to support new products and processes.
• Capability to implement and drive a quality operating system within the Paint department.
