Job summary

A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Document Controller to oversee and manage document workflows, ensuring compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and knowledge of ISO documentation and ERP systems. This role involves training staff, liaising with project teams, and contributing to HSE initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant experience, 2 years GCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise document control activities ensuring compliance.
  • Organize and file documents for easy retrieval.
  • Manage document distribution to appropriate recipients.
  • Track document revisions and maintain records.
  • Develop and implement document control procedures.
  • Train document control staff on processes and systems.
  • Liaise with project teams to coordinate document activities.
  • Conduct audits of document management systems.
  • Provide support for document management software.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support implementation of HSE initiatives.

Skills

Knowledge in ISO documentation standards
Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, and word processing
Good working knowledge of English
Computer literacy and Microsoft Office experience
ERP knowledge preferably SAP

Education

Diploma in any related field
