Overview

We are currently hiring for the below position for one of our leading clients in Saudi Arabia (PMT Division).

Position

Construction Manager (Cross-Country Pipeline)

Location: Saudi Arabia
Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years (with at least 3 years in a similar position)
Industry: Oil & Gas / Hydrocarbon / Pipeline Projects

Mandatory Requirements

Must hold Saudi Aramco approval as a Construction Manager. Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-country pipeline projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage project construction activities from IFC to handover.
  • Supervise and coordinate all phases pipeline, piping, structural, civil, E&I, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, IFC drawings, quality plans, and HSE requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, manage resources, and control costs within schedule and budget.
  • Develop and implement construction plans and ensure subcontractor management and documentation of scope changes.
  • Forecast manpower/material requirements and monitor productivity.
  • Liaise with client representatives and PMT departments.
  • Promote and ensure QHSE compliance across all activities.
