In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe working environment for all project stakeholders. The Manager will lead HSE initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and facilitate training while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a proactive safety culture and achieving the highest standards of safety performance on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems tailored for the MBS Stadium project.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE policies and regulations.
• Lead HSE training programs for staff and contractors, ensuring understanding and adherence to safety practices.
• Assess, investigate, and report on incidents, accidents, and near‑misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify potential hazards and risks associated with construction activities.
• Prepare and present HSE performance reports and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
• Participate in health and safety committee meetings and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices concerning occupational health and safety.

Qualifications
