Role: Sales Executive

• Generate new corporate, long-stay, and group business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and travel agencies.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals.
• Update CRM and prepare basic sales reports.
• Support the team with events, VIP arrivals, and promotions.

• Participate in training programs, motivate team members, and support employee growth.
• Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in hotel sales (1–3 years preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional, proactive, and target-driven.
• Knowledge of Riyadh market is a plus.
