Role: Restaurant Supervisor

Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at Fraser Suites, Riyadh. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will provide quick and personalised food and beverage service to all guests.

• Reflect the Frasers Hospitality philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to customers and employees, maintaining a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Attend briefing prior to the restaurant opening, be well groomed and equipped with basic aids for operation.
• Knowledge of all F&B standard operating procedures, quality presentation, and service and products.
• Knowledge of the area competition, promotional concepts.
• Knowledge of wines and beverages, food trends and special seasonal foods.
• Knowledge of the specialties which will be served in the restaurant.
• Equip oneself with the knowledge of “du jour” items, “not-available” items, menu preparations and presentations.
• Complete mise-en-scène and mise-en-place before the shift commences.
• Clean and polish allotted silverware, cutlery, glassware and chinaware. Ensure all equipment is properly utilised.
• Ensure good team spirit and working atmosphere by setting a good example, giving clear instructions, and following up on results.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for food and customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember. You have a hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience in working in professional kitchens.
