Our luxury hotel in Medina is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary team. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. This position requires a strong leader with excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative dishes.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement menus that align with our hotel's standards and guest preferences
  • Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage food inventory and ordering to minimize waste and maintain cost control
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portioning to maintain consistency and quality
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance, feedback, and recognition to team members
Requirements
