This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project includes major mixed-use developments such as sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and all associated infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide cost management services from contract signature to project completion across various sectors.
- Lead and supervise managers and professionals.
- Prepare contract documents, warranties, bonds, licenses, and assist with formal execution.
- Advise on contract administration and management.
- Measure and value work, adjust variations as per contract terms.
- Ensure effective cost control and reporting during the project.
- Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports.
- Identify costs related to design changes, contract awards, and construction activities.
- Evaluate claims for delays and additional costs.
- Negotiate final accounts and issue certificates of practical completion.
- Manage and develop the cost consultancy team.
- Drive system and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships, influence stakeholders.
- Contribute to net zero carbon transition efforts during project delivery.
Requirements:
- Visa eligibility for Saudi Arabia and relevant experience in high-value projects for a project management consultancy.
- Proven experience in commercial management, risk management, and change control.
- Experience with various contract types and strong contract administration knowledge.
