About the Role
As Sous Chef, you will be an integral part of our culinary leadership team, assisting in both pre-opening preparations and the seamless daily operation of the kitchen. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality, mentoring team members, and supporting the Chef de Cuisine in achieving consistent culinary excellence across the resort’s dining venues.
What You Will Do
Contribute and support chef de cuisine to pre-opening activities such as menu development, kitchen layout planning, and team recruitment and training.
Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring preparation, presentation, and consistency meet Four Seasons standards.
Lead, train, and inspire culinary team members to maintain a positive, high-performance environment.
Maintain food cost, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness according to HACCP and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with other departments to support service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Ensure proper stock rotation, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
