ROLE OVERVIEW |
The Business Coordinator for the Valley Cluster in Trojena Proponent will independently manage and oversee the activities of the Head of the Valley Cluster as well as the TROJENA Leadership team in Development. Acts as a primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Valley Cluster & TROJENA leadership. |
REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY - Serves as the primary point of initial contact on any matter directed to the Director/TROJENA Leadership.
- Independently researches and prioritizes incoming issues and determines appropriate course of action, referral, and/or response.
- Receives, screens, evaluates, and determines appropriate responses to all written correspondence received and independently formulates and disseminates written responses and appropriate.
- Overseas and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the office administrative support staff, to include management and training, scheduling and prioritizing work assignments.
- Ensure that there is a continuity of administrative support to the Director/TROJENA Leadership’s direct reports and manages their leaves always ensuring adequate coverage.
- Manages special programs for the Directors/TROJENA Leaderships, some of which may have NEOM-wide impact.
- Coordinates and/or assists with establishing or recommending budget allocations for the office of the Director/TROJENA Leadership and reviews revised and final budgets.
- Reviews and approves transactions, as assigned, and advises the Director/TROJENA Leadership on appropriate disposition; provides key coordination and consultation with regards to the recruitment of all Valley Cluster team members, as appropriate.
- Provides assistance in the understanding and interpretation of NEOM/TROJENA policies and procedures, as appropriate, and ensures that office operations are in compliance with policy provisions and standards.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of key special events for the Director/TROJENA Leadership.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES The Supplemental Manpower Process Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Stakeholder Management - Analyze stakeholders’ needs, interests, and influence to prioritize engagement strategies.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing updates on relevant activities.
- Manage the dissemination of information, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Work closely with internal teams, including communications, project management, and legal, to ensure stakeholder interests are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and address potential conflicts or issues with stakeholders proactively.
- Mediate disputes or misunderstandings, ensuring that resolutions are in the best interest of both the stakeholders and the organization.
Change Management - Stay informed about best practices in stakeholder management and apply them to enhance engagement strategies.
- Seek feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of engagement and communication.
- Promote transparency and accountability in all interactions with stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks associated with the change and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Develop a strategy that outlines the approach, resources and timelines for implementing the change.
Leadership - Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other communication materials tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Ensure that all stakeholder engagement activities comply with the relevant regulations and ethical standards.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Experience - 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Analytical skills to understand and apply research and statistics in report writing and decision-making
- Organizational skills to manage records and data, and meet deadlines
- Advanced computer skills and experience with specific software and web-based systems, such as those used for personnel management, report writing and project management.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in relavent field
- Relevant Professional Memberships/Accreditation.
