Job summary
A telehealth platform is seeking practitioners to provide mental health coaching remotely in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on supporting clients with sub-clinical issues through 1-on-1 sessions, with a preference for candidates with relevant coaching or counseling certifications and experience. This flexible freelance position allows you to set your own hours, offering a great opportunity to supplement existing work or practice.
Qualifications
- Active International Coaching Federation Certification or Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
- Skilled in coaching techniques or evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT.
- 200 coaching hours for ICF Coaches or 300 clinical hours post-graduation for Counsellors.
- Proficient in English and local language.
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth coaching for clients.
- Focus on sub-clinical issues like work stress and work-life balance.
- Assist clients in setting personal or career goals.
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team to improve the program.
