Scope of tasks:

Preparation and execution of research processes, from mapping research problems to analyzing research materials.

Creating reports and delivering key project insights to the team

Conducting research using the following techniques: user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), occasionally focus group interviews – FGIs, tree testing, and card sorting

Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams

Synthesize and communicate findings to inspire the design and product decisions and create visibility across departments

Create personas, user journey maps, and blueprints as outputs of the research you conducted.

Collaborate with other researchers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (designers, strategists, developers, data analysts).

What you’ll bring to the team

A strong desire to learn and grow in the UX Research field

Experience collaborating with European clients or teams

Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Native-level proficiency in Arabic

Excellent communication and presentation skills — you know how to make insights stick

A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems, you solve them

Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and influence decisions with confidence

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Openness to the fast-paced, agency-style environment
