As a Staffing Ops Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Noon has the right educators—teachers, facilitators, and school leads—in the right schools, at the right time. This role leads the design and execution of our school staff supply strategy, overseeing the full pipeline from recruitment through onboarding and development. You’ll work cross‑functionally to match supply with demand, resolve bottlenecks, and contribute to strategic planning as Noon scales. A high‑impact, Riyadh‑based role at the intersection of operations, talent, and educational innovation.
