Job summary

A leading property consultancy in AlUla is seeking a Cost Manager to oversee financial aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of Quantity Surveying experience, strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts, and excellent communication skills. This role involves cost estimation, budget management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure project success within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• 7 years minimum of Quantity Surveying experience required.
• 10 years of experience in managing FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Must have high proficiency in Change and Claims Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost and commercial services in pre- and post-contract projects.
• Manage and update project budgets and issue client cost reports.
• Deliver post-contract duties including payment certification.
